Our client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy department on an ongoing temporary basis, with the opportunity to go permanent in the future. You will need to be immediately available. The role will involve handling both written and verbal queries, with plenty of opportunity to develop your skills over time.
You will need to be skilled in understanding and prioritising customer needs and communicating with them effectively, in order to deliver a high-quality experience. Communication, both written and verbal, and listening skills are crucial, as is an ability to solve problems and work effectively in a team environment.
Flexibility and adaptability with respect to change is strongly desirable, as is a good understanding of a customer service function and the role it plays within a business.
