Established in 1988 and remaining independently owned and operated by the original management team, we are a specialist supplier of replacement safety glass to the Bus, Coach, Motorhome and Rail industries.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will deal with incoming customer enquiries via telephone and email, process orders and book in installation jobs. In addition, you will also:
• Identify, quote and process customer enquiries and orders.
• Be responsible for the collection/processing of payments, purchase order chasing, invoicing, customer returns, queries, daily, weekly and monthly Sales office tasks and reports.
• Be responsible for any administrative tasks set out by the Sales Office Supervisors or Manager
• Work closely liaising with all departments within our National Distribution and Installation business

No previous office experience required as full training will be provided.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work to strict deadlines
• Good attention to detail
• Excellent proficiency using Microsoft Office (eg. Word, Excel. Access)
