Our client who are within the Transport industry and based in Purfleet are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team. 

This will be an on going full time position and salary will be dependant on experience.

The working hours at the moment will be 09:30 - 18:30, however this could change due to the nature of the work so split shifts and 1 in 4 Saturday's is a possibility. 

Job description:

· Data input into the Transport Management System (TMS)
· Receiving, making & fielding telephone calls
· Standard filing duties, both hard-copies & electronically
· Liaising with the Traffic Team
· Emailing customers & suppliers
· Enthusiastic & willing to learn

You do not have to have experience within Transport as in house training will be provided. But you will need good customer service experience and be willing to learn. 





The ideal candidate will have:

· Very good level of reading, writing required as they will be taking orders from customers via email to enter into our TMS
· Very good telephone manner
· Polite & well presented
· High attention to detail
· Committed to carving out a career in the Logistics Industry
