A fantastic temporary position has become available on an ongoing basis working in Central Bristol.

The client are a very well established finance company who specialise in Investments and Pensions.
We are currently looking for someone who can join the team on a temporary position and help with finalising products on customers’ accounts.

This will be an outbound call handler position, where you will be talking to mainly elderly people about the current products on their accounts and help discuss the options available.

The perfect candidate for this role will be someone who has the following;
• Excellent telephone communication skills
• Good attention to detail to ensure nothing has been missed
• Sincere and Empathetic manner when on the phone
• Previous experience with Call handling

For this particular role, the hourly pay rate dependant on experience pays up to £8.00 P/H
The working hours are Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00 but the company can be flexible.
