This is to work in a new contact centre in Newcastle, this is based in the city centre close to the monument metro. Starting Salary is £18,000
The contact centre is fairly new and they are doing a huge recruitment drive and will be looking to interview immediately.
You will be handling incoming calls from customers who are struggling to pay their bills, we are looking for someone who is competent and able to negotiate with customers, so you will need some experience on the phones.

Shifts are provided on a fortnightly rotation and candidates can work a mix of shifts in one week. YOU WILL NEED TO BE FLEXIBLE NO RESTRICTIONS ON WORKING HOURS OR DAYS
The role is working on shift patterns so you will need to be flexible as you will be put on a rotated basis, no Sunday working hours.
They are open to employing people on a part time basis working either 10:00am - 2:00pm or 4:00pm - 8:00pm.
