A client based in North Swindon is recruiting for a temporary Customer Service Administrator to start as soon as possible for 1-2  months.

This will be a general administration role which involves a large amount of telephone work. Working within the NHS the main part of the role will be booking patients in for treatment and confirming appointments over the phone. Attention to detail and accuracy is essential as you will then update computer records to generate letters to be sent.

This role will suit someone with previous telephone experience as well as good IT skills.

This is a full time role working Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.
