Do you speak very good Swiss German and English? Why not use these skills to get some international experience in a lovely English town? Our client is a US company whose portfolio contains products ranging from nutritional supplements to cosmetics and their customers are people who are interested in healthy living.

Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance to customers and associates who will reach out to you via phone (70%) and email (30%)
• Develop positive relationships with customers to provide excellent customer service
• Use bespoke IT systems to resolve and process customer orders and queries
• Assist new customers with their enquiries and setting up accounts
• Process and complete administration of payments

We are looking for:

• English and Swiss German at least C1 level
• Great communication skills
• Willingness to learn new things
• Candidates who can work in the UK without a visa
