REED Harrogate are proud to represent a prestigious distribution company which deals in bespoke items provided to both consumers and businesses.

The client are currently searching for an Administrator to join their Operations and transport team in assisting the smooth running of the customer service and deliveries department.

Duties will include:
- Offering administration support to the transport team
- Booking transport for deliveries
- Ensuring relevant requirements are made with a client for deliveries
- Filing
- Responisble for taking deliveries from external suppliers
- Arranging collections from clients
- Data entry onto Sage and the CRM system
- Ordering stationary
- Update customer details
- Collating drivers expenses onto spreadsheets

The successful candidate with have a selection of the following skills:
- Good IT skills
- Be flexible with working hours around Summer and Christmas
- Strong communicator
- Experience of working within an office environment
- Pride themselves on providing an exceptional standard of work
- Provivde excellent customer service
- Excellent telephone manner
- Creative
- Excellent attention to detail

The client pride themselves on rewarding hard work and are willing to offer a permanent contract if the levels of business continue to increase.

The role will last until at least the end of January 2018, therefore applicants must be able to commit to then.
