We have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor based in Norwich working for our client who are a really friendly team.

Currently they are based in Salhouse but will be moving to the Arminghall area. You will need to be able to get to both locations to be considered for the role.

You will provide excellent customer service by undertaking, inbound telephone inquiries, giving a high level of customer service. Within this role you will be dealing with complaints and customer queries. You will also be replying to queries via email and on live chat.

Applicants should posses the following skills:
Excellent telephone manner
Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call centre environment
Good time management skills
Excellent communication skills
Computer literacy

You should be able to demonstrate the following:
Problem solving skills
Team working skills
Ability to work using own initiative
Excellent communication skills
Positive attitude and approach

Working Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm with one Saturday in every two working 9-5.30pm.
