My clinet has a great postion avalibvle on a Temp basis from start of Sept until Dec. This role is great for anyone who loves working in a customer service enviroment, a good head for figuers and enjoyes handling paper work. Please see more details below 

Job purpose:

- To co-ordinate and procure training requests to be purchased via the Flexible Fund
- Liaise with training providers and customers to book and confirm training
- Liaise with Tees Valley Combined Authority regarding invoicing for training purchased
- Work alongside JCP RRS colleagues to ensure training requests are dealt with according to the funding guidelines
- Maintain a database of training requests
- Prepare KPIs and reports as required for partners and stakeholders

Key Accountabilities:

1. To create and maintain a database of training courses and training providers
2. To collate and process training requests, updating progress on a database in line with the agreed processes and in a timely manner
3. To liaise with JCP RRS colleagues to ensure all training requests processed within the funding guidelines
4. To maintain systems and processes for the effective administering of all requests
5. To procure training directly with the appropriate training providers ensuring best value for money
6. Confirm the details of the agreed training with the customers
7. Deal with customer queries in line with the relevant procedure
8. Provide reports on the progress of training to relevant partners and stakeholders
9. Undertake any other duties deemed appropriate by the Area Manager
