IMMEDIATE START CUSTOMER SERVICE ROLE

My client is seeking a customer service administrator to start IMMEDIATELY, join their busy department, in a friendly environment.

You would be responsible for providing administration and customer service support to the team in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities

The workflow of this role will include, but is not limited to:

- General Administration 
- Receiving calls
- Assisting with queries
- Using Excel
- Inputting data into the system
- Sending communication to customers regarding orders and updates
- Keeping paper records filed up to date and in order
- Assisting with various types of documents

You will be working full time hours, Monday to Friday, with a pay rate of £8.50 per hour 

Key Skills Required

• Advanced Microsoft Office software knowledge, especially WORD and EXCEL
• Good Telephone manor/ confident on the phone
• High level of attention to detail
• Keen to learn, can do, will do attitude
• Well organized and able to multi task
• Excellent communications skills
• Presentable, punctual, reliable & personable
