Customer Service Administrator
Start date - Friday 25th August or Monday 28th August 
Time - 8am to 5pm 
Duration of booking - 2 weeks, with a view to continue

The role:
You will be responsible for excellent customer service when arranging Engineers to visit customers for Commercial and Domestic servicing and breakdowns. You will need to take into account the needs of the customer and prioritise accordingly when allocating work to Engineers.

Key competencies: 
• Good Microsoft Office skills and ability to use an in-house database
• Experience of Vixen Software 
• Have a confident and friendly manner in person and over the phone
• Efficient and organised and managing a workload while multi-tasking
• You will have excellent literacy skills both written and verbal
