This company are looking for an experienced Sales/Customer Service Co-ordinator to work within their Sales Department to over-see customer orders from the start of their order(s) to the completion maintaining excellent customer service throughout the process.
Main skills required:-
• Experience of Customer Service within a SME manufacturing environment.
• Good administration and organisation skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to use these at all levels of the business.
• Must be organised with a keen attention to detail.
• Candidate must have the ability to work both within a team and on their own initiative, and be able to fit into the company culture.
• Good overall IT skills covering the main Microsoft applications.
• Positive and enthusiastic approach to the role.
• Experience of communicating with customer both verbally and in writing.
• An experience of dealing with Export documentation would be an advantage.
Hours of work Monday to Thursday 8.30 a.m. - 5.30 p.m. and Friday 8.30 a.m. - 5.00 p.m.
