We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Administrator to join a well-established and professional company in Ipswich Town Centre.

This is a fantastic opportunity to start a successful career, and learn in demand skills and will constantly be developed.

No previous experience required, but you will need to be a team player, be confident in speaking to customers, and have a good attention to detail.

Duties will include –
• Communicating with customers in a polite and professional manner.
• Dealing with customer enquiries and escalating where needed.
• Keep all customer records up to date and relevant
• General administrative responsibilities

You will need to be organised and able to work efficiently under pressure. You will be customer focused, and able to complete tasks to deadlines.

The company is offering a basic salary of between £14750-£17500 per annum (depending on experience) and an excellent benefits package.

This is a full time permanent position, with standard office hours Monday to Friday.

The successful candidate will be required to attend an assessment morning next Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday.
