The company are recruiting for 5 Customer Service Administrators to join the the team on a permanent basis and you will be rewarded with a professional working environment, fun managers and colleagues and industry competitive training along with; 

- Starting salary of £18,000 

- Hours are rota based and can be any 8 hour shift between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday (2 x10 minute breaks and 1 half hr for lunch),Work 1 out of 4 Saturdays but are given a day off in lieu during that week.

 - Holidays – 23 days to start plus bank holidays and a day off for birthday. Increases to 25 after 2 years’ service and 27 after 5 years’ service

- Pension scheme after a 3-month deferment period with an employer contribution of 5% of basic pay. Employees are not required to contribute at this point in time

- Annual Bonus up to 15%

What your new role will look like? 

- Dealing with inbound queries from customers with a main focus of "first call resolution" 

- Dealing with any calls or emails in a empathetic, enthusiastic and understanding approach, sometimes explaining the companies services in more detail

- Working towards departmental KPIs to ensure they are consistently met working towards agreed objectives

- Helping the customer through the decision making process and going out of your way to support and understand the customers concerns and questions 

- Looking at Financial data relating to customer accounts and analyzing if required

- Educating customers when required and using these calls to identify opportunities to improve service across the department 


- Other ad hoc admin duties
