My client, an outstanding business in central High Wycombe are currently recruiting for a customer service administrator on an ongoing temporary basis.

• Hours: 9-5 with a one hour lunch
• Car parking on site

this is a rare chance to work with an impeccable business and they are looking for someone to start very soon

Key Objective
Your main role will be to enter orders and communicate information regarding delivery times back to the customer.

Job Duties
 Manage orders
 Fast accurate response to all customer queries
 Ensure adherence to the process
 Adhere to compliance concerning set process flows
 Liaise with commercial teams on pricing, minimum order quantities and logistics
 Ensure best in class information flow to customers on logistics and lead-times
 Manage and continually improve pricing; quotation / price files
 Ensure that systems are administered consistently and accurately
 Internal customer champion
 Assist across the department wherever there is a need
 Have a full working knowledge of your colleagues position
 Cover sickness and holidays within the department
 Any other duties as reasonably requested

Ideal candidate will be
• Experience of Customer Service and/or Sales support
• Available immediately
• ‘Can Do’ attitude
• Flexible
• Knowledge of customer service systems and processes
• Good communication skills
• Organised
• Customer focus
• Confident and friendly telephone manner
