Based in St Mellons, our client is recruiting for an immediately available Customer Service Administrator/ Adviser on an ongoing temporary basis. You will be responsible for dealing with customers over the phone and will also be expected to process the associated administration resulting from enquiries.

Duties will include:

-Initial point of contact for email, phone and written enquiries
-Processing applications - following them throughout the process
-Liaise with external companies to process checks
-Dealing with application packs
-Support with various administration tasks throughout the department
-Accurate data entry
-Providing excellent phone based customer service

This is not a Call Center role, but you will be expected to deal with a large number of customer enquiries, so must have an excellent telephone manner and be comfortable dealing with people on the telephone. Applicants should have excellent organisation and administration skills, and be available for an immediate start.

Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm or 9am - 5pm (shifts worked on a rota every other week).
