We are currently working with a Manufacturing business based near Dewsbury, who are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Administrator on a full-time and permanent basis.

The salary for the role is £16,000 - £18,000 per annum.
Customer Services Administrator

We require a well-spoken, computer-proficient individual to fulfill the role of Customer Services Administration.

The ideal applicant would have past experience and evidence of some written work.
The role involves:
• Order processing
• Handling calls and customer queries
• Working as part of a team
• Operating on spreadsheets

The role requires the candidate to be:
• Proficient on a PC with heavy use of spreadsheets
• Excellent communication skills
• Good on emails
• Excellent telephone skills
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Have experience working in an office
• Great organisation and willingness to learn about new systems and products.

This job is a permanent full time role, with approx 40 hours per week. The hours will include some weekend work, with prior notice and day off in the week. It is a full office based work.
