I have an exciting opportunity with one of my well respected clients in Kettering. This is a 3 month temporary role to assist over their peak trading period

About the role
The successful candidate will join the Customer Service Team. You will need to be proficient in handling incoming orders and various enquiries, ensuring that you deliver exceptional customer service within defined service levels.

This is a full time position (35 hours per week) working
Monday – Friday
09:00 - 17:00.
£9.00 per hour

Start Date - Monday 2rd August
Assignment Length - Approx 3 months
End Date - End of October

*You must be able to commit to this period with minimal holiday*

The client is looking to conduct interviews this week – so we can only consider immediately available candidates.

About You

: Previous experience within a customer service environment.
: Excellent keyboard and administration skills. :
: Professional and pro-active telephone manner.
: Self-motivated and confident.
: Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
