Reed are delighted to be supporting an award winning business based in the center of Bristol with their search for a Customer Service Administrator to join their fantastic team.

Do you have a passion for Customer Service and excellent Organisational skills?

If so this could be the perfect position for you!



The key purpose of this position will be to provide a professional and personal service to customers using the business. Candidates will showcase their outstanding administration and coordination skills when supporting the customer service team.

Responsibilities will include:

• Providing a polished customer service experience to customer
• Processing orders and setting up new suppliers on the system
• Liaising with other departments to fact find information.
• Developing strong business relationships
• Administrative tasks when required


Skills and Experience Required

• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to build customer relationships and manage expectations
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Confident verbal and written communications
• Ability to communicate with people at all levels
