This company is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator. 

The duties of the role would include:

- Being the first point of contact for clients
- Answering client queries
- Greeting clients in the office
- Gathering information from clients
- Booking meetings for the clients with the relevant internal team
- Monitoring the email in-box
- Various administrative duties

In order to be successful in applying you will have:

- Previous phone based customer service experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Willingness to go the extra mile for customers
