You will act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries and deliver an exceptional level of service. As a team, you will resolve a range of queries and take appropriate follow up action. You will ensure that internal databases are kept up to date with customer details and you will also provide general administrative support to the team.

Prior knowledge or experience in an administrative role is needed as well as a customer focused approach and a friendly and professional telephone manner. You will demonstrate the ability to deal sensitively with enquires from customers and handle enquires in a fair and consistent way. A strong level of computer literacy is also needed for this role including good working knowledge of Excel.
