My client in Hadleigh is looking for a Customer services Administrator to join their small office team. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly office environment with a company that are well established and have a good reputation with a loyal customer base.

What’s involved?
Reporting directly to Managing Director, assisting with:
Sales forecasts and the creation of sales reports;
The creation and issuing of sales quotations (following up with customers directly).
Handover of project documentation to Project team.
Attending bi-weekly sales meetings.
Helping to identify key customers and maintaining a spreadsheet of new customer enquiries.
Overseeing the outsourcing of marketing (website maintenance; eshots; case studies and social media).
Customer service (answering the main office phone and making customer courtesy calls).
Maintenance of the CRM database; updating and maintaining all new and existing customer details.
Assisting with general admin duties to include overseeing of all email correspondence to the main email address.
Assisting with the creation of Purchase Invoices and Sales Invoices using accounting software, Xero (no accountancy/bookkeeping qualifications required).
Issuing of customer guarantee and floor maintenance literature, as well as collating customer feedback.

Why you?
You will have previous office experience and be willing to learn new skills. If you have used ACT CRM system this will be an advantage but is not essential. They are looking for candidates that are keen and quick to learn and training will be provided on systems, but you must be IT literate.

What’s in it for you?
Salary £19,000 pro rata and flexible on this role being full time or part time.
Hours Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm and can accommodate 4 days or 9.30am-3pm Monday to Friday.
