To support the Customer Care team in managing the administrative tasks within the department, to ensure it operates efficiently and effectively.

 Create and update weekly reports and distribute to the relevant departments
 Ensure all correspondence (calls, emails and letters) are answered professionally and courteously, and dealt with in a timely manner.
 Ensuring all customer home issues are raised accurately on the system and the team are updated on any progress
 Accurately update and maintain the customer service system and database logs
 Liaise between sub-contractors and the division to ensure maintenance requests are carried out within the agreed timescales
 Check, code and process invoices weekly, flagging any concerns or issues to the team
 Liaise with other departments to gather information required for customer queries or complaints
 Close liaison with the Customer Service Executive and Team Leader on actions and workload
 Updating office boards with customer care scores and results
 Support the whole department where needed, proactively looking for opportunities to assist and alleviate admin tasks
 Scanning, posting and filing of documents as required
 Communicating to customer via email or letter as instructed
 Creating and sending updates and memos to other team members or other departments

 Proven track record in administrative role within a customer service environment
 Intermediate to advance level in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, graphs), Outlook and Word
 Ability to generate professional correspondence unaided
 Excellent telephone skills
 Team player, supportive of colleagues
 Ability to deal with disgruntled customers
 Some construction and building knowledge helpful with a willingness to learn
 Self-confident, decisive, resilient and able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
 Self –disciplined, with excellent time management skills, and flexible in order to achieve results.
 Good inter-personal skills and ability to deal with people from diverse backgrounds.
