My client based in Epsom, Surrey is recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a 3 month FTC.
This role will be 4 days per week, Tuesday - Friday 9.00 - 17.30pm you must be able to commit to these days and times.
Working for an academy, you will be supporting over 250 branches across the UK.
You will be responsible for the mailbox, in which it has a 2 hours SLA.
You will support local branches with queries and provide excellent customer service support
You will be dealing with all levels of seniority within the business
Ensuring information on the CRM system is kept up to date
Redirecting queries or calls to the relevant person within the business.
Systems used: Saba, Compass - Experience in these systems advantageous
Contract role: until the 31/05/2021
Days/Hours - 4 days per week. 9.00 - 17.30
Working from home - After the lockdown is lifted you might be asked to go into the office where the office is based in Epsom.
