My Client based in Daventry are looking for an experienced, diverse and versatile customer service administrator that can work using their own initiative.

You will be joining a business that operate globally, leaders in their field of design, manufacturing and distribution. You will be welcomed into a medium sized team of dedicated staff working in a fast paced, busy environment. You will be offered training and support.

The role is initially temporary with the potential of going permanent for the right candidate.

You will be working 5 days a week on a rota basis between the hours of;

8am – 6pm Monday – Friday (8.00am-4.30pm and 9.30am-6pm)
8am-12.30pm 1 in 4 Saturdays
Rotational bank holidays
£11.00 PH.
(£23,000 - £27,000 subject to experience if offered the role permanently.)

Am I right for the job?
They are looking for a dynamic ‘go getter’ who has enthusiasm and passion for customer service and the company’s reputation within the market.

You will be responsible for dealing with customers on a B2B basis, you will deal with queries, complaints and provide customers with information. You will provide administrative support and update and maintain their in house data base.
• Order processing and quotations
• Creating invoices/ purchase orders
• Dealing with inbound calls – queries, complaints, general information and updates.
• Chasing suppliers – requesting updates and dealing with queries.
• Keeping customer updated – in relation to delivery status
• Working towards KPI’s and Targets.

The right candidate will need to be personable, able to use their own initiative, sociable, flexible, and have strong MS office skills.

You will need good attention to detail and a good telephone manner.
