My client based in Maidstone is looking for a 'Customer Service Administrator' to join their team of 4. They are looking for an individual who has good customer service experience as you will need to be able to deal with customers comfortably over the phone/ face to face/ by email. This position is Monday- Thursday 8.15am-5pm and Friday's 8.30am-4pm. Salary is between £16,000-£18,000 depending on experience. 

Main Purposes;
Administer, maintain and develop customer accounts
Respond to customer enquiries
Process customer orders
Follow through orders until completed
Assist colleagues as required
Liaise with our departments/locations to ensure efficient processing of orders until delivery
Liaise with External Sales staff regarding account status
Other general duties

Skill requirements
IT literate (Business system is Windows based) - Excel/Word/Outlook
Customer Service

Proactive not reactive
Decision maker – within responsibilities
“Speedy” - Pick things up quickly
