Currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly team, your daily duties will include…
• Acting as the first point of contact for your customers and suppliers
• Ensuring that all orders are processed accurately and on time
• Ensuring customers are kept up to date on the progress of their orders
• Dealing with any delivery issues and / or complaints
This role would be ideal for someone who would describe themselves as…
• Focused on delivering excellent customer service
• Having a keen eye for detail
• A proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Salary, Hours & Benefits
• £17,409 - £19,500 per annum
• Monday to Friday, full time and permanent position
• 20 Days annual leave plus bank holidays
