Reed Business Support is recruiting on behalf of an established and busy service company that are looking for an experienced sales administrator/customer service representative to join their team in Blackburn.

Duties include:
• Respond to and resolve new customer queries
• To perform follow up calls on customer enquiries, complaints and queries to ensure follow–through, completion and satisfaction
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a robust service is delivered at all times
• Build and develop effective internal and external relationships
• Undertake general administrative duties
• Update and maintain customer record systems
• Maintain spreadsheets and system data to produce and collate reports
• Comply with management systems through the completion of the appropriate documentation
• Support the Business Manager with any other tasks as and when required



You will be a strong administrator with exceptional customer service skills.

In return, our client is offering a starting salary of £18,000 per annum, 23 days holiday plus 8 statutory holidays with extra length in service days and annual leave purchase scheme, contributory pension, life assurance and free parking.

Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm (37.5 hours per week).
