An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Administrator to join a highly reputable company based in Wellingborough on a 9 month fixed term contract covering maternity leave.

Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Salary: £17,000 per annum
Working hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 16:45
Location: Wellingborough
Job Type: 9 Month Fixed Term Contract. Potential to go permanent 
Start Date: ASAP
 

What till the job involve?

- Answering incoming phone calls, taking messages and passing to the relevant staff member where relevant or assisting qith queries
- Take orders over the phone
- Entering/inputting orders onto their in-house system and processing orders
- Confirm all deliveries, advising of any issues or queries accompanying these
- Creating and sending invoices
- General ad-hoc office tasks such as filing, managing the post, general administration

You will have previous experience in an administration/customer service position, with good communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
