A very successful, unique and expanding company based just on the outskirts of Newbury are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly, fast growing and passionate team.

Here is a little snap shot of what the responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

- Dealing with all order enquiries 
- Being the first point of contact for all incoming enquiries
- Managing delivery schedules and updating the customer on delays

The ideal candidate will have:

- Experience in a customer service or administration position
