An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Administrator to cover a maternity cover.
- Dealing with incoming enquires via phone and email
- Liaising with existing clients
- Taking new enquiries - updating database and sending out information
- Processing sales onto system
- Providing reports
- Creating quotes
Looking for an individual with good communication skills, enthusiastic, friendly, strong listening skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks, strong organiser, flexibility and team player. Familiar with IT systems including Ms Excel. Must be able to commit for a 9mth FTC.
