I am currently recruiting for 6 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT for a manufacturing client of mine within their Customer service team !
This role is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to customers in relation to their account, service and product needs
The role is telephone based and will have daily duties such as:
- Incoming customer calls and returning calls following escalation needs
- Handling technical queries in relation to the products
- Processing customer orders including proforma orders
- Customer complaints and enquries
- Updating the system and customer with delivery dates, delays etc
- Customer quotes, advising on pricing and stock availability
The right candidate will have the opportunity for extension or permanent contract after the 6 months
The average hours of work will be 37.5 over 2 weeks. The hours of work will alternate every other week as follows:
Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.30pm (30 lunch)
Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.30pm (30 lunch)
Friday 9.30am to 12.30pm
