My client is an industry-leading supplier of luxury goods in the hospitality industry. They work with some of the biggest chains in the world and have over 25,000 customers in over 100 countries. Due to continued growth and expansion, they are now looking to recruit for a Customer Service Coordinator to support the Account Managers and work closely with the customer service team on all corporate account activities.

If you’re an ambitious and proactive kind of person who is looking for a varied and challenging job that involves lots of client interaction (by both email and phone) and liaison with other departments in the business including Finance, Demand Planning, Warehouse and Vendors, then this would be the ideal job for you! You will have demonstrable administrative and customer service experience and will love using your excellent communication skills to be able to handle all aspects of a busy customer service role. This will include general enquiries, order processing, back orders and handling any escalations. You’ll also be the kind of person who is enthusiastic, able to work under pressure and love working as part of a team. You'll be responsible for working on may national corporate accounts.

You’ll be given ongoing training on all the systems and processes you will be using, but you will need to have existing IT skills. It would also be really useful if you spoke another European language such as German, French, Italian or Spanish, but this is more of a nice-to-have so please still apply if not!

The only other thing you’ll need, is a driving licence and your own transport as their office is in a pretty rural location. Don’t worry though, the kitchen is well stocked with free tea and coffee, a microwave and a fridge-freezer and there’s a couple of supermarkets just up the road as well as a sandwich van that comes round at lunchtimes!

Other benefits include 23 days A/L + bank holidays, which increases with years of service, a generous annual salary of circa £22,000 - £24,000 (reviewed annually) plus an annual 5% personal and 5% company bonus.
