My successful, family run client are looking to recruit a bright, enthusiastic and pro-active Customer Success Assistant to support the after sales process. This is a demanding, busy role and requires someone who is able to work flexibly and prioritise to ensure business and customer needs are met.
This role is working 8am-5pm Monday to Friday and a permanent position.
Within the role you will play a key part of the Customer Success team which is a team of 5. Duties in the role will be as follows:
Handling key accounts to ensure continued customer satisfaction.
Dealing with product enquiries and aftersales.
Always keeping the customer experience at the forefront of anything you do.
Organise for quotations/prices to be sent to existing customers – ensure 100% accuracy, on time or within time period agreed with management.
Follow up quotations where necessary to ensure orders are secured.
Respond to all customer queries/questions quickly and efficiently and keep them fully informed as to any updates regarding projects etc.
Obtaining and checking specifications for all projects. Critical that no detail is missed.
Working to ensure deadlines were met.
Raising/checking/approving all sales orders to ensure 100% accuracy.
Ensure all relevant KPI reports are 100% accurate and up to date.
Take first line incoming calls with others in the team.
The successful candidate will be a confident communicator with experience dealing with customer on the phone or via email. You will be dynamic, outgoing and able to manage a busy workload with changing priorities.
