We are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist who has previously worked within an office environment. This is a temporary position for 12 weeks with an opportunity for a permanent role. 

You MUST have the following experience:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience within a fast paced administration/order processing/customer service/operations environment.
  • Able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Excellent Communication skills

This role will also include some Order Processing please see below details:

  • Set up customer records, maintaining and actioning amendments to customer accounts.
  • Processing of Sales orders where discount, approvals or special requirements are required 
  • Processing of contract Renewal orders where approvals or special requirements are required
  • Dispatching the product and assisting with the initial set up, checking and assisting with license issues
