But you will also be involved in improving and implementing processes to make the customer journey easier, knowing what the pros and cons will be of making any changes then discussing with internal departments so they are aware if they could be affected
The role will be on a Temporary to Permanent basis, working hours are based Monday – Friday 9:00 – 17:30.
