My client based in Chessington Surrey is currently recruiting for a part time Sales Administrator to join their busy and friendly team.
Department: Office Sales Administration
Responsible to: Office Manager
Responsible For: Supporting Hospital Sales Managers, Office Manager and office administration
Liaison with: Customer, Personnel and Suppliers
Objective: To provide support to the Hospital Sales Staff, Office Manager, general Office Administration tasks and Holiday cover where necessary for other department roles.
• Quality within Administration
• Support/assist all UK Hospital Sales Managers
• Assisting Office Manager when required
• Generating quotations
• Processing small sales orders
• Coordinating and distributing PAQ (Pre-Acquisition Questionnaires) and associated documents
• Answering customer phone calls and emails
• Provide holiday cover to other office dept positions, excluding Finance
• Coordinate Hospital courses and exhibitions
• Co-Ordinate demonstration equipment bookings
• Organising loan of Table top microscope bookings.
£21k - £23k pro rata
Part time hours, five days per week for example - 9-2pm (Hours can be discussed on application)
In order to be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role.
