Our client is an excellent local employer based in Long Stratton.  Due to a busy period they need a customer focused individual to support the Housing Team.

The role is to clear a backlog of work up-dating with residents regarding repairs on their properties.  The role is for one month, possibly longer.

Role:

i. To provide a high quality and comprehensive housing management and maintenance service, ensuring a consistently high level of customer orientated advice and information services across multiple channels.
ii. To provide an excellent point of contact for all customers of Saffron (both internal and external) and stakeholders.
iii. To be responsible for following up on repairs, raising maintenance work orders 

You will have a warm and professional telephone manner and be able to up-date spreadsheets.
