CUSTOMER RELATIONS SPECIALIST - £17,000 PER ANNUM START MID SEPTEMBER

Due to the massive success and growth of the company, my client is currently looking to expand their Customer Relations team with full time specialists. The current team are extremely friendly, hardworking and they all have a genuine passion for helping their customers by providing first class customer care.

As a Customer Relations Specialist you will be speaking to many different people over the phone on a daily basis, dealing with a variety of challenging situations and queries. The Customer Relations team deals with after sales complaints, so an empathetic nature mixed with an awareness of the business needs is massively desirable. It’s a fast-paced, challenging and rewarding part of the business to be in.

You would be the first point of contact for customers (after sale) and you will be ensuring the highest of standards are being met at all times. The ability to multi-task is definitely needed, as you will be using in-house systems while liaising between different people to come to the best resolution for the customer and the business. It would be extremely advantageous that you are IT savvy or you are confident you can pick up new systems and skills quickly. To be part of this team you will need a positive, pro-active and professional.

The business is open 7 days a week between 8:30am to 7:00pm so flexibility to work 37.5hrs between these hours on a rota basis is essential.
