Do you have experience working within Customer Relations / Customer Complaints?�I am recruiting for the below , this is a temporary role, starting 24th July for 2 months, working in the Crawley / Gatwick area , pay rate �8.47 PER HOUR�

You will need to have fluent level of English �both spoken and written

This is a 2 month temp role that may be suitable for you!

You would be required to work as a Customer Relations Officer to support a team during their busy seasonal months. The role is due to start on the Monday 10th April 2017 for 2 months, so you must be available to cover this period.

You will need to be able to work at a fast pace in a busy environment and comfortable working under pressure with a high workload. You will be responding to many emails a day from customers with queries and complaints, you will need to give high customer service whilst being efficient and precise.

You will need to have good customer service and office experience, however training will be provided on the specific systems and procedures used on a daily basis. High attention to detail is required for inputting data on to the system accurately.
You will need to have experience in dealing with difficult customers and formulating responses.�

Working hours Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm
