Reed Peterborough are looking for a customer focused candidate to join a motivated, customer driven team on a temporary to permanent basis working Monday to Friday from 9am – 5.30pm.
The purpose of the role is to manage and resolve Customer Service related issues via telephone and email. You will also assist in improving the customer experience through process changes identified through complaint management. In addition to this you will manage and resolve complex complaint cases from all business channels and investigate potential complaints, gathering information from a variety of sources including listening to recorded calls to ensure a satisfactory outcome.
