Customer Relations Coordinator
I am looking to speak to candidates with experience and a passion within Customer Care.
Within this role you will be working within a small yet dedicated team as the first point of contact into the business liaising with new and key current accounts dealing with queries, invoices and contracts responding and communicating efficiently and professionally. As part of the role you will be required to ensure compliance is met with Customer Contracts communicating any disputes or anomalies with senior members of your team and have the ability to deliver presentations for internal and external stakeholders within the Business. These presentations will also be used as part of the ongoing maintenance of your Key Client Accounts which will include travel to sites and offices across the UK.
To be considered for this role you must have proven experience within a busy customer service working environment and ideally have experience within the manufacturing or engineering industry OR have dealt with a Global/National Supply Chain.
This role is permanent, and your working hours will be 8am-5pm Monday-Friday.
