REED are participating with a large international company with offices in Prague. We are looking for Dutch speakers who are considering the Czech Republic for their next career move (or those who already live here!). This is a great chance for both fresh graduates and experienced professionals to be part of a dynamic and friendly team.

Responsibilites:

• Daily communication with customers/suppliers, ensuring queries are efficiently answered and satisfaction levels are high.
• Working alongside other departments to ensure team targets are consistently met.
• Ensuring all orders are taken and logged correctly on the system
• Using analytical skills to successfully solve any issues that may arise.
• Other ad-hoc tasks as required.


Requirements:

• Working experience in customer service/SSC environment would be an advantage.
• Good command of MS Office
• Proven communication skills and proactive attitude
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• At least B2 level in Dutch, advanced level of English
