Have a passion for marketing and are IT savvy? A leading telecommunications provider in Malta is looking for a Customer Insight and Campaigns Analyst to join their dynamic team! In this role, you will be analysing data and turning into information to fuel marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:
• Develop insights on customer behaviour, working closely with the Digital Team, Brand Team, Customer Data Analysts, BI and IT departments
• Exploring new ways of analysing large data sets to enhance business knowledge
• Making recommendations based on business and strategic targets
• Conduct full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities, and design
• Develop analysis and reporting capabilities, monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements
• Work on developing and implementing campaign segmentation logic that sends the right communication, at the right time, based on customer behaviour, actions and journey stage
• Create and maintain ad hoc, recurrent and lifecycle campaigns, using the insights gained from data to propose the implementation of new campaign ideas
• Present data-driven recommendations and strategies to the Customer Insights and Campaigns Manager based on findings
• Help the team maximize the customer lifetime value through supporting the Product Owners with personalized upsell and cross-sell propositions
• Analyse marketing campaign data and evaluates overall performance of channels, assets, conversions, leads and revenue impact

Requirements:
• A strong business acumen coupled with demonstrated technical ability and know how to develop, explore, analyse, and present data and solutions to a business audience
• Excel Advanced
• Experience in the use of SQL and analytical and visualization tools
