Are you immediately available looking for an opportunity to gain experience within the health sector? 

I am currently recruiting for a public sector organisation based just outside the city centre. I am looking for 6 customer service professionals to work in a new Central Contact Centre. The roles can be based in Norwich, Wymondham, King's Lynn or North Walsham.

The positions will be full time, working 37 hours per week on a 6 month temporary basis. There will be a requirement to work occasional Saturdays and Sundays.

The purpose of the role is to answer operational calls that come into the Central Contact Centre; providing accurate assistance over the telephone using the appropriate systems software tools. The position will require interaction not only with the public but also other members of staff across the organisation.

Previous call centre or telephone based customer service is essential for this position.

Applicants should posses the following skills:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call centre environment
- Good time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literacy
