Our City Centre based client are looking for immediately available customer service assistants to join their customer relations team on a temporary basis. The role will involve responding to customer complaints and queries via email and letter and upholding an excellent level of customer service.

In order to be successful, you MUST have good written communication skills and an understanding of the process required to effectively deal with complaints. Prior experience working in a similar role will be advantageous.

This is a temporary position until January 2018 
Salary is £8.50 per hour
