Working for an established property company based in West London.

We are looking for candidates who are looking to quickly secure a permanent role - interviews will take place next week and the successful candidates are likely to start before the end of October.

You will be the first point of contact for customers with any query or issue and will be responsible for seeing each through to resolution. At times this will mean liaising with (sometimes several) other departments or contacts.

Its a busy department with lot going on at all times. Multi tasking is key as well as being able to prioritise and keep your head above water when the pressure is on.

Customers will be delighted with the way you are able to help them get their problems resolved.

Completing all relevant paperwork, updating internal systems will all be part of the role.

We want you! 
Do you have -

- Experience in an office based customer service environment.
- Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency with MS Office programs and a good   standard of written English.
- The ability to compose professional correspondence unaided (after training of course)
- Excellent communication skills on the phone and via email/written correspondence
