Customer Care Representative - Permanent. Up to £25k per annum
My client who is based near Redhill is looking for an experienced customer care representative to join their team.
- Handling calls and emails from customers
- Dealing with complaints
- General customer service and administration
- Answering questions regarding the company and their products
- Use of all Microsoft office applications
- Booking, altering and cancelling appointments
- Solid customer service experience and administration experience
- Confidence with Microsoft applications
