My well established client based in Northampton are looking for Customer Care coordinator to join their friendly and supportive team on a temp to perm basis.

You will deal with query resolution and be responsible for your own geographical areas. You will speak to customers and deal with their queries and complaints. You will coordinate calls outs (maintenances workers and contractors) and order materials. You will liaise with customers and third parties over the phone and e-mail.

This is a fairly autonomous role, you will be responsible for recording information, dealing with internal & external stakeholders, providing updates and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

• Maintain a smartly presented, polite, diligent, positive and professional attitude at all times
• Ensure accuracy of all customer details and all communication is correctly recorded on the in-house data base
• Take ownership of queries, resolving routine non-complex issues yourself and escalating more complex issues
• You will also be responsible for co-ordinating technicians and sub-contractors, ensuring work has been carried out to customers’ satisfaction
• Deal with end to end query resolution

You will need to be well organised, motivated, have a passion for customer service and the drive to succeed.

Immediate Start Required
Monday to Friday
08:30 – 1700 (45 minutes for lunch)
£10.00 per hour
Temp to Perm (approx. 4 weeks)
